Sponsors will be featured on the congress website and social media accounts starting from the date of sponsorship. Additionally, a link to the company’s webpage will be provided in the digital congress book.

50% of the sponsorship fee is required upfront, with the balance due no later than August 23, 2025.

If 50% of the sponsorship fee is paid upfront and the balance is settled by July 23, 2025, a 10% discount will be applied.

Sponsorship Benefits

Main Sponsor: Limited to a single company. Includes the right to give one presentation, free registration, prominent placement as the main sponsor at the top or on the far left of the congress poster and all printed and digital materials, one booth space in the exhibition area, and sponsorship for two items in the congress bag.

Platinum Sponsor: Includes the right to give one presentation, free registration, placement below or beside the main sponsor on the congress poster and all printed and digital materials, one booth space in the exhibition area, and sponsorship for two items in the congress bag.

Gold Sponsor: Includes the right to give one presentation, free registration, placement below or beside the platinum sponsor on the congress poster and all printed and digital materials, one booth space in the exhibition area, and sponsorship for one item in the congress bag.

Silver Sponsor: Includes the right to give one presentation, free registration, placement below or beside the gold sponsor on the congress poster and all printed and digital materials, and sponsorship for one item in the congress bag.

Bronze Sponsor: Includes the right to give one presentation, free registration, placement below or beside the silver sponsor on the congress poster and all printed and digital materials.

Gala Dinner Sponsorship: Includes the right to give one presentation, free registration, the placement of an unlimited number of logos and/or banners in the gala dinner venue, and sponsorship for one item in the congress bag.

Opening Ceremony Sponsorship: Limited to a single company. Includes the right to give one presentation, free registration, accommodation (one single or double room), the placement of an unlimited number of logos and/or banners in the opening ceremony venue, and sponsorship for one item in the congress bag.

Lanyard Sponsor: Limited to one company. Includes free registration, logo and/or name on the lanyard, and one Congress Bag Insert.

Pocket Program Booklet Sponsor: Limited to one company. Includes free registration, logo in the booklet distributed to all participants, digital congress book link to the company website, and one Congress Bag Insert.

Congress Bag Sponsor: Limited to one company. Includes free registration, logo on the congress bag, and one Congress Bag Insert.

Satellite Symposium

Companies can organize satellite symposiums during designated slots within the "Congress Scientific Program," determined by the "Organizing Committee."

Fee: 20,000 TL (without VAT)

The symposium’s content, speakers, and product information must be approved by the "Scientific Committee."

Company promotional materials may be displayed at the venue entrance and inside during the symposium. Free registration and one Congress Bag Insert will also be provided.
